Pork Fat-Back

Pork back fat is typically taken off the back of the pig and is one of the greatest flavor enhancers there is.  You can use it to add extra flavor to any dish!  Pork back fat can be used very much like bacon but contains very little to no meat.  It can also be rendered into lard for various uses.
