Our jumbo pork rib chops are a 1" thick, flavorful cut of pork that includes the bone.  This helps lock in moisture and enhance taste during cooking.  Perfect on the smoker, BBQ, pan-searing or baking it will deliver a juicy, tender and a savory experience with a naturally rich pork flavor.
